- Changes needed for backporting of 2.15.3 to squeeze (change R build dep on libtiff5-dev to libtiff-dev)
- For some reason r-cran-rjags had to be downloaded manually, as apt-get source tried to get rjags which 
  does not exist (any more)

Build infrastructure used for the backport to lenny. I just noted
that I did not adjust the build dependencies of the other packages
to the latest R version, but this is not critical.
